Items purchased through my site are hand-made to order by me. Therefore, due to the size or complexity of an item the lead times can vary.

The current lead times for each item is shown in the information section for that item on my shop page.

Due to seasonal demand, availability of stock and other unforeseen factors the lead times for a product can change from time to time, so please make sure that you familiarise yourself with the lead times before making your purchase.

Many of my items include free UK postage and I will use 2nd class signed for delivery in the majority of cases to keep costs to a minimum. If you would prefer a different delivery service then please contact me prior to purchase to discuss.

For commissions and larger items where the postage isn't included, please contact me prior to ordering to discuss delivery requirements. Items in my shop which don't qualify for free UK postage will be marked as such in the information section against it.

I can arrange for non-UK overseas delivery for many of my items, so please contact me to discuss this if you wish to purchase an item from abroad.
